Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of both parties concerning the sale and delivery of digital design products (UI kits, icons, templates, fonts, illustrations, and other digital assets) purchased through the TrendyForUs online platform.

All products sold are 100% digital and delivered electronically. No physical products or shipping services are provided.

3. Product Information

Each digital product listing includes:

• Product name and detailed description
• File formats and compatibility information
• What's included in the package
• Software requirements
• License type and usage rights
• Price in USD ($)
• Preview images and demonstrations

Buyers are responsible for reviewing all product information before purchase to ensure it meets their requirements.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing

• All prices are listed in USD ($)
• Standard product price: $371 per item
• Prices include all applicable taxes
• No additional shipping or handling fees
• Prices may be subject to change without prior notice

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Stripe Payment Gateway
• iyzico (Turkish Payment Gateway)
• PayTR (Turkish Payment Gateway)

All payments are processed securely through PCI-compliant payment providers. We do not store complete credit card information on our servers.

5. Order Process

1. Customer browses digital products on TrendyForUs
2. Customer adds desired products to shopping cart
3. Customer proceeds to checkout and provides required information
4. Customer reviews order summary and total amount
5. Customer selects payment method and completes payment
6. System processes payment and confirms order
7. Customer receives order confirmation email with download links
8. Customer can access products immediately from account dashboard

6. Delivery Terms

Digital Delivery

• Delivery Method: Electronic download via secure links
• Delivery Time: Immediate upon payment confirmation
• Delivery Location: Customer's registered email address and account dashboard
• Delivery Cost: Free (no shipping charges)

Access Duration

Download links remain active indefinitely. Customers can re-download purchased products at any time from their account dashboard.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Exceptions

While the standard right of withdrawal doesn't apply, we offer refunds under specific circumstances:

• Product is significantly different from description
• Files are corrupted or cannot be accessed
• Missing advertised features or components
• Technical defects preventing product use

8. Seller's Obligations

TrendyForUs commits to:

• Provide accurate product descriptions and information
• Deliver digital products immediately upon payment confirmation
• Ensure download links are functional and accessible
• Maintain secure payment processing systems
• Protect customer data and privacy
• Provide customer support for technical issues
• Honor refund requests that meet policy criteria
• Keep products available for re-download

9. Buyer's Obligations

The buyer agrees to:

• Provide accurate contact and payment information
• Review product details before purchase
• Ensure technical compatibility with their systems
• Use products in accordance with license terms
• Not share, resell, or redistribute purchased products
• Maintain security of their account credentials
• Report technical issues promptly
• Comply with intellectual property rights

10. License and Usage Rights

Each digital product purchase includes a commercial license allowing:

• Use in personal and commercial projects
• Modification and customization for your projects
• Use in unlimited end products

The license does NOT permit:

• Reselling or redistributing the original files
• Sharing with others who haven't purchased
• Creating competing products for sale
• Claiming ownership of the original design

11. Intellectual Property

All digital products, including designs, code, graphics, and documentation, are protected by intellectual property laws. Purchase grants a license to use but does not transfer ownership or copyright.

12. Limitation of Liability

TrendyForUs is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Data loss or corruption not caused by our systems
• Incompatibility with buyer's specific setup if requirements were disclosed
• Misuse of products by the buyer
• Third-party payment processor issues

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

13. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, internet outages, server failures, or government actions.

14. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

1. Contact our customer support team first
2. We will attempt to resolve issues within 7 business days
3. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to consumer arbitration boards
4. Legal proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with applicable laws

15. Personal Data Protection

Customer personal data is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.

We use customer data solely for order processing, product delivery, and customer service purposes.

16. Changes to Agreement

TrendyForUs reserves the right to modify this Distance Sales Agreement. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified agreement.
