License Agreement

This license grants you the right to use purchased digital products in your personal and commercial projects. Please read carefully to understand what you can and cannot do with our digital products.
1. License Grant
Upon purchasing a digital product from TrendyForUs, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the digital product according to the terms outlined in this agreement.
This license is per-user, not per-project. One license allows one individual to use the digital product in unlimited projects.
2. What You CAN Do
✓ Permitted Uses
- Personal Projects: Use digital products in your own personal projects
- Commercial Projects: Use digital products in commercial projects for yourself or clients
- Client Work: Create end products for clients using the digital products
- Unlimited Projects: Use the digital product in as many projects as you want
- Modify & Customize: Edit, customize, and modify the digital products to fit your needs
- Combine: Combine digital products with other assets in your projects
- Web & Mobile: Use in websites, web applications, and mobile applications
- Print: Use in printed materials, marketing collateral, and publications
- Video & Presentations: Use in videos, presentations, and multimedia projects
- SaaS Products: Use in Software as a Service products where the digital product is part of the interface
3. What You CANNOT Do
✗ Prohibited Uses
- Resell or Redistribute: You cannot sell, resell, or redistribute the digital product files themselves
- Share: You cannot share the digital product files with others
- Sublicense: You cannot sublicense the digital product to others
- Templates for Sale: You cannot use the digital product to create templates, themes, or products for resale
- Stock Sites: You cannot upload the digital product to stock photo/design sites
- Claim Ownership: You cannot claim the digital product as your own original work
- Remove Credits: You cannot remove or alter any copyright notices or designer credits
- Trademark: You cannot trademark any part of the digital product
- Compete: You cannot use the digital product to create competing products
4. Digital Product Types & Usage
UI Kits & Templates
You can use UI kits and templates to create websites, applications, and digital products. You cannot resell the template itself or create derivative templates for sale.
Icons & Graphics
Icons and graphics can be used in any project. You can modify colors, sizes, and styles. You cannot extract and sell the icons as a standalone icon pack.
Fonts
Digital fonts can be installed on your computer and used in any project. You cannot redistribute the font files or embed them in applications where users can extract the font.
Illustrations
Illustrations can be used in websites, apps, print materials, and presentations. You can customize and modify them. You cannot resell the illustrations as clipart or stock graphics.
5. Team & Multi-User Licenses
The standard license is for a single user. If multiple team members need to use the digital product:
- Each team member should purchase their own license
- Or contact us for team licensing options
6. Attribution
Attribution is not required but always appreciated. If you choose to credit the designer:
- Include the designer's name (found in product details)
- Link back to TrendyForUs (optional)
7. Ownership & Copyright
The digital product remains the intellectual property of the original designer. Your license grants you usage rights but does not transfer ownership or copyright.
The end products you create using the digital products are yours, but the digital product files themselves remain the property of the designer.
8. Updates & Support
Your license includes:
- Free updates to the digital product
- Unlimited re-downloads
- Basic technical support for download and usage questions
9. Termination
This license is perpetual unless:
- You violate the terms of this agreement
- You request a refund (license is revoked upon refund)
- You engage in fraudulent activity
If terminated, you must stop using the digital product and delete all copies.
10. Liability & Warranties
Digital products are provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:
- Errors or bugs in the digital product
- Compatibility issues with specific software
- Loss of data or profits from using the digital product
- Third-party claims related to your use of the digital product
11. Examples of Proper Use

- Using a UI kit to build a client's website
- Using icons in your mobile app
- Using illustrations in your marketing materials
- Customizing a template for your SaaS product
- Using fonts in your brand identity
✗ Bad Examples
- Selling the UI kit as your own template
- Sharing the icon pack with your team without licenses
- Creating a competing icon marketplace with our icons
- Redistributing the font files
- Uploading illustrations to a stock photo site
