1. Digital Products & Services

TrendyForUs provides a platform for purchasing and downloading digital design products including, but not limited to: UI kits, icons, templates, fonts, illustrations, mockups, graphics, and animations.

All products are digital files delivered electronically. There are no physical products or shipping involved. Downloads are available immediately after successful payment.

2. Account Registration

While you can purchase digital products as a guest, creating an account provides additional benefits including order history, download management, and product updates.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Pricing & Payment

All digital products are priced at $371 USD. Prices are clearly displayed and include all applicable taxes where required.

Payment is processed securely through our payment gateway partners. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

All sales are final upon successful download of digital products, subject to our Refund Policy.

4. Digital Product Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your purchased digital products via:

• Email with download links
• Your account dashboard (if registered)
• Order confirmation page

Download links remain active indefinitely, allowing you to re-download your digital products at any time.

5. License & Usage Rights

Each digital product purchase includes a commercial license allowing you to:

• Use digital products in unlimited personal and commercial projects
• Modify and customize digital products for your projects
• Use digital products for client work

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the digital product files
• Claim the digital products as your own original work
• Use digital products in templates or products for resale

6. Intellectual Property

All digital products, including designs, code, graphics, and documentation, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

The purchase of a digital product grants you a license to use the product according to our License Agreement, but does not transfer ownership or copyright.

7. Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the product has been downloaded. However, we offer refunds in specific circumstances as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and meet the criteria specified in our Refund Policy.

8. Product Updates

When designers update their digital products, you will receive free access to the updated versions. We will notify you via email when updates are available.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use TrendyForUs or any digital products for:

• Any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violating any laws or regulations
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Distributing malware or harmful code
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Digital products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to ensure quality, we do not guarantee that digital products will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

TrendyForUs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital products or services.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of TrendyForUs after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
